The "Junk Email" folder setting of Primary Mail Service

For users who have enabled the “Don’t move email to my Junk Email folder” setting, the setting will be nullified on April 20th due to a scheduled change by Microsoft.

This setting in Outlook on the web has already been retired, and only applicable for those who have set it in the past. Microsoft has notified us that a scheduled change will nullify the setting and force the use of the “Junk Email” folder. On April 20th, the use of the “Junk Email” folder will become mandatory for all users in Kyushu University.

After the date, emails that are determined as spam will be moved to the “Junk Email” folder and deleted in 30 days. Please kindly make sure to check the content of the folder regularly.

Please refer to Junk Mail Filter in Primary Mail Service about how to check and manage junk email.
