How to check your Primary Mail Address

There are many inquiries about error messages cause by mistakes such as forgetting to include “@m” or “@s” to your email address. Be sure to check your email address.

  1. Access the ID Management System below and sign in using your SSO-KID account.
    https://passchg.sso.kyushu-u.ac.jp/acid/
  2. Click Profile Check > Profile Check.
  3. The User Information screen will be displayed. Please check your Primary Mail Address (Name Base).
