Maintenance Notice for the Outgoing Address Change Mail Server (smtp.m.kyushu-u.ac.jp)
Maintenance will be carried out on the outgoing address change mail server (smtp.m.kyushu-u.ac.jp) for the University-wide Basic Mail Service on Thursday, January 29, 2026, from 18:00 to 20:30.
During this period, users who have configured this server as their outgoing mail server will be unable to send emails. Please refrain from using it during the maintenance window.
Users who are using smtp.office365.com as their outgoing mail server or sending emails through the University’s Basic Mail Webmail system will not be affected.

Please note that the downtime may vary depending on the progress of the maintenance work.
