Maintenance of the server for sending mail (11/11 18:00-18:15)

The regular maintenance of the mail server for changing the sending address (smtp.m.kyushu-u.ac.jp) of the KU Primary mail service will be carried out as follows.
Due to the work, there will be a period of time when you will not be able to send e-mails if you have set up this mail server as a server for sending e-mails.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your understanding and cooperation.

Work description: Regular maintenance
Impact: Email cannot be sent during the suspension period.
Affected area: Users who have set smtp.m.kyushu-u.ac.jp as the mail sending server
(Users who have set smtp.office365.com as the mail sending server, and users who send from the KU Primary mail webmail system will not be affected.

The duration of the outage may vary depending on the progress of maintenance work.
