Specification change of Primary Mail Service (Removal of Basic Authentication)

From October 1st, 2022 (Saturday), server specification changes to remove Basic Authentication have been in effect. Standard password authentication using SSO-KID and password saved in your mail application is no longer available when using Primary Mail Service. Instead, an Exchange connection or OAuth 2.0 authentication is required. Please reconfigure your mail application as soon as possible if you have been unable to connect by authentication errors since October 1st.
