We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

The regular maintenance of the Kyushu University Primary mail server (smtp.m.kyushu-u.ac.jp) will be performed on Tuesday, January 30, 2024, from 18:00 to 19:00. Due to the maintenance, if you have configured this mail server as your outgoing mail server, you will not be able to send e-mails for about 40 minutes during the above period. Please avoid using the service during the maintenance period, as we will not be able to send e-mails during the service outage. If you have set smtp.office365.com as your outgoing mail server, or if you are sending from the Kyushu University Primary mail webmail system, you will not be affected. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation. *The suspension period may vary depending on the progress of maintenance work.
