This problem, which had been occurring since 12:30 a.m. on 2/21 (Wed.), was restored at 10:40 a.m. on 2/22 (Thu.).
After the failure has been restored, the emails that were not being sent are being delivered in sequence.

Since Thursday, February 22, there has been a problem with sending e-mails to the mailing list of the Organizational Usage Service. We are currently investigating the issue.
