Outlook application (Windows)
Once your personal Primary mail address is added as a member of a shared mailbox, the shared mailbox will be automatically added to your Outlook. If this does not work, follow Microsoft’s documentation to add shared mailboxes manually.

Thunderbird
Use the shared mailbox by adding it as an IMAP account using the shared mailbox email address. When adding the account, you must change the SMTP outgoing server username to your Primary mail address.
