Some users may be unable to view other users' video feeds in Microsoft Teams meetings

Beginning at approximately 01:32 on July 21, 2022, some users are experiencing an event that prevents them from viewing other users’ video feeds in Microsoft Teams meetings.
Some users may also be unable share their video when initiating a meeting. Users may be able to turn their camera off and then back on or resize the window to avoid these issues.
