There is a problem that the Kyushu University Primary Mail service is unavailable.

(12/2 12:45 Updated) At 11:56 a.m., Microsoft said that service was largely restored and that Microsoft was continuing to investigate the cause.

(12/2 10:30 published) Due to a Microsoft outage, Kyushu University Primary Mail Service has been unavailable since around 9:30 a.m. on December 2 (Fri.).
