Notice regarding deletion of accounts that do not hold meetings

To save and make good use of paid accounts, we will delete accounts that have no history of holding meetings. Accounts that are subject to deletion are accounts that have not held a meeting on Webex (Webex Meetings) between April 1, 2021 and the end of February 2022. The deletion process will be performed after March 2022. We plan to delete the target account after giving notice by e-mail.

You only need Webex account to host an online meeting, not an account to attend a meeting. We ask that only those who need to host a meeting on Webex apply for an account.
