Q1-1. I followed the instructions in the manual, but I get an error.
【Answer】 Please make sure that the “User Name” in your account settings is set to your Kyushu University Primary address (students: Last name. First name. 3 digit number@s.kyushu-u.ac.jp / Faculty and staff: Last name. First name. 3 digit number@m.kyushu-u.ac.jp). Please note that there are some errors caused by incorrect input or omission of “@s or @m”.
Q1-2. Do I need to change my settings if I am only using WebMail or if I am only forwarding to another email address?
【Answer】No need to change settings.
Q1-3. OAuth2 is not shown as an option when configuring the SMTP server.
【Answer】 If you have set smtp.m.kyushu-u.ac.jp as SMTP server, OAuth2 will not appear as an option. Also, in this case, you do not need to change the settings.
