Emergency nighttime maintenance for Proself (archive.iii.kyushu-u.ac.jp), a file sharing system for faculty and staff, to resource enhancement

　In order to cope with the depletion of resources caused by the increase in the number of users since last year, emergency maintenance will be carried out on Proself (archive.iii.kyushu-u.ac.jp), the file sharing system for faculty and staff, to improve the availability of the service by enhancing its machine specifications and to increase the amount of disks.
　The file sharing system for faculty and staff will not be available during this period.
　However, the file sharing system for students and faculty members (share.iii.kyushu-u.ac.jp) will continue to be available during the maintenance period.

　After the maintenance is completed, you can continue to use the system using the same procedures and settings as before.

　We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and ask for your understanding and cooperation.
