Termination of the file sharing system (Proself) for students and staff

We announce that the file sharing system (Proself) for students and staff, share.iii.kyushu-u.ac.jp (hereafter referred to as “share”), will be terminated on December 18, 2023 (Monday).
Please migrate from “share” to OneDrive for Business at your earliest convenience.
The file sharing system (Proself) for staff members, archive.iii.kyushu-u.ac.jp (“archive”), will continue to be provided.

After the service ends, you can no longer sign in, upload, download, or access shared files on “share”, so please move to OneDrive for Business or “archive” as soon as possible.

In order to enable migration from share, we have also set up OneDrive for Business to allow file sharing with anyone, including those outside the university.
We encourage you to use this service, but please follow the rules and guidelines at Kyushu University.
