Loss of files when using Proself Disk

We have received reports that files are lost in rare cases when using Proself Disk in situations where the network connection is unstable, and we are currently investigating this. The file sharing system does not maintain backups for users, please avoid having the original files only on the file sharing system, and keep backups on the user side.
